SECTION 2 – WHOLESALE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our Services are intended for wholesale customers only. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you confirm that you are a business or authorized reseller purchasing products for wholesale purposes. Our Services are not intended for personal, retail, or individual consumer use.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products online. However, due to device differences, colors or product appearance may vary. All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Quote Requirement: All purchases begin with a quote request. Customers must request a quote through sales@1egwholesale.com or our online quote submission form.
Quote Review: Upon receiving your quote request, E&G Wholesale will review it and may approve, modify, or decline it at our discretion. A confirmed quote is valid for the period specified in the quote and must be converted into an order within that period.
Orders: Once your quote is approved, you may submit an order based on that quote. All orders are final sale. E&G Wholesale does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.
By requesting a quote or placing an order, you confirm that your purchases are for authorized wholesale use and not for unauthorized resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are based on approved quotes and are subject to change until the quote is confirmed. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless stated.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. You represent and warrant that:
