Shipping policy

E&G Wholesale does not automatically ship orders. Shipping will only be arranged upon request by the customer. If shipping is requested, we will provide options, and shipping costs, carriers, and delivery times will be communicated at that time.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. E&G Wholesale is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
